Terms of Service

By accessing or using EdgeAnalysis AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EdgeAnalysis AI is an analytics and journaling tool for traders. We analyse your own trade history and surface patterns. We do not provide investment advice, tips, signals, or recommendations on what to trade, and we are not registered with SEBI as an investment advisor or research analyst. AI-generated insights are informational only and must not be treated as financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use EdgeAnalysis AI. The service is intended for users in India.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at hello@edgedeck.app.

• EdgeAnalysis AI offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through Cashfree Payments.
• Any trial or promotional access to paid features is offered at our discretion (for example, granted by our team) and is not provided automatically on signup. When a trial ends, paid access stops unless you start a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Fees are inclusive of applicable GST. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Any refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy.

EdgeAnalysis AI connects to your broker using read-only access that you authorize. Your use of broker integrations and other third-party services is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data supplied by your broker or other third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use EdgeAnalysis AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or attempt to access another user’s account or data.

EdgeAnalysis AI and all related software, design, and content are owned by EdgeDeck Labs Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your own trade and journal data. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

EdgeAnalysis AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Trading in F&O and securities is risky and can result in substantial losses. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Insights, statistics, and analyses are informational and do not guarantee any outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeAnalysis AI and its team will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using EdgeAnalysis AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to the sections that by their nature should survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
